About Nicole: Nicole Bauman joins us from Elkhart where she has been involved with several urban farming projects including a vegetable CSA and community gardens. Nicole brings her lifetime of knowledge beginning with a childhood spent on a small organic farm in Ontario and more formal studies in permaculture. Nicole also works as a gardening and permaculture consultant.
